Insured was unaware the incumbent broker was charging.  Further review and a review
of the marketplace, we were given an opportunity to search for an improved program
mid-term.  Our efforts found better terms and conditions, as well as a
savings of
$60,000
.  Since binding on these lines of insurance, we were able to find a workers
compensation option that offered
30% savings through a safety group and have bound
that coverage.

Incumbent Carrier:           Allstate
Incumbent Premium:       $2,500.00
Narrative:  The incumbent insurance company was cancelling the expiring policy due to a
change in underwriting appetite as it relates to properties near coastal waters.  We were
able to secure coverage at a small discount from the expiring policy within 24 hours.

Scenario #8 -
Type of Insured:              Steel Installation Contractor
Line of Coverage:           Commercial General Liability
Incumbent Carrier:         State Farm
Narrative:  After an extensive timely due diligence amongst the standard market, we
transitioned to the surplus lines market place in order to find the per project aggregate
limits as well as terms and conditions being required by a new large general contractor
that this steel installation sub-contractor had secured a contract.  The quote our A Rated
carrier proposed satisfied the terms, conditions and limit requirements and although the
$50,000 was a significant increase to this contractor, the premium represented
approximately a 20% reduction off the market place for the work he was now conducting.

Scenario #9 -
Type of Insured:                Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Contractor

Narrative:  In the course of two hours of marketing we were able to secure replacement
commercial auto insurance coverage with one of our A rated carriers at the same limits
of $300,000 combined single limit for
$4,800 - or a savings of $4,427!

company which we are appointed, we responded with a 12% discounted proposal,
